Whether you're facing anger,anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, post partum depression or anxiety, burnout, or relationship challenges, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we can uncover your strength, heal past wounds, and create the space for growth and self-compassion.

  • Individual Therapy

    I take on a wholistic, integrative approach to helping individuals with their struggles and barriers that is keeping them from living the life they want.

    Change can be scary; but it doesn’t have to! Working with me, you will enter a nonjudgmental space were change and growth becomes a meaningful process rather than something you fear. The vehicle of change will be our therapeutic experience. Once you experience what’s possible, you will learn to connect and stay in touch with your source of power within!

    I work with individuals who are experiencing issues such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, postpartum depression and/or anxiety, burnout, anger, relationship issues, cultural adjustments &woman issues.

  • Health and Life Coaching

    As an International Certified Health& Life Coach, I see clients internationally to help them change habits and transform their life. This includes eating habits, stress management, dealing with conflict, career changes, finance, and deepen relationships.

    As a first generation Albanian immigrant, I offer therapy services in both Albanian and English, with a culturally sensitive approach.

  • Occupational Burnout

    Work and career shouldn’t be a place of distress. You shouldn’t try so hard to find a “work-life” balance. You can turn your work/career into a meaningful part of your life that gives you purpose instead of making you sick.

    If burnout is getting in your way-I can help. I have created a course specifically about burnout and conflict at work. Included in the course is a 1:1 session with me; and from there we can decide if you need more sessions, or if the course was all you need right now.
